Back in June thekid crashed and not only broke his collarbone but also shattered his HRP FlakJak. I called HRP and asked about repairing it and was told by them to send it to them. I was given a repair authorization number and shipped it the next day. 8 days later we got the chest protector back and found they replaced the broken panel and shoulder piece. They also replaced the padding which was showing wear and cleaned the CP so it looked as good as new. It is nice to see a company back their gear with a warranty and care enough to call to let you know it is on the way back to you.
