Do you have any stroker options for the KX500? Also, what can I expect from the big bore 500 kits, and what parts do I need to send in to get the work done? Finally, do you offer anything to remedy the weak third gear on these bikes, mine failed and I'd like to have a more permanent fix then just new gears if possible. Thanks a lot,

We offer a 525 big bore kit for $500 with parts and labor. I think that the stock crank is limimted by case thickness regarding stroking. But I know that Crank Works in Tempe AZ offers a rebalancing service that makes the KX vibrate less at sustained WOT.

Thanks for the reply. Seems like KX500 mods are few and far between, I guess they have enough power for most people. What do I need to send in for the big bore kit? I'm guessing the power valve components are getting worn out, do you do any work on those (i.e. same time my cylinder is being worked on)? Thanks again,
-Jed
