Oh man! I got it again!

After 2month of rest for my ankle injury, I went for a ride yesterday.

And I crash again! A high speed endo and crash right on my
right shoulder.

It has not dislocated but it feel damn painful even to move a inch,
I had problem eating with it so I use my left hand.

Guys, any advice on this?

try mixing about 800mg of ibuprofin with about 1/2 ounce of dmso, then apply to the shoulder. i use this for all my soft tissue injuries. some mix 50/50 water dmso so the dmso won't burn as much. you can get dmso from the farm and home store. the horse doctors gave us this lil' miracle. btw, wash the area real good before aplication or else the transdermal will transfer all the icky bacteria and such.

Thank SFC, went to a doc today
and found to be quite a bad muscle tear

Now I don't even have the strength to brush my teeth with my
right hand.
