"We just received confirmation that Travis Pastrana will not race this weekend in Pontiac. Travis has been out of action since collapsing at the Daytona SX due to illness; he had hoped to return for this weekend's Michigan race. Unfortunately, he simply doesn't feel ready to make a comeback; in addition, his doctors are concerned that the fumes at the indoor race might be too much for him to handle right now.

Pastrana is '95% sure' that he'll be ready for the Dallas supercross, on April 20th."

I personally think that his enthusiam for SX will improve greatly when he can compliment his incredible skills with a healthy body. Don't write this guy off yet!

justql nikki is so serious about the Fantasy SX she is at pontiac sneaking in and out of the riders trucks. Last I heard she has some theory that pretending to be a nurse she can check out the riders to see who is healthy and who isn't.

Figures my first SX and Travis wont be there riding. Oh well atleast i got to see him at Steel City last year and hopefully this year as well. Well leaving for the 5 hour road trip now! :)

For someone losing enthusiaum, he sure spends a lot of time riding with Coop... If you were in his shoes, wouldn't you be preping for the Nationals? This SX season is a loss, why push it?
