I am curious if anyone has suggetions on how to speed up recovery time from muscle soreness.
I raced an enduro Sunday and I am stiff, sore, and bruised! I have another one this Sunday. I usually run on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Is this a bad idea when I am sore? Should I just take it easy?
