I came across this article for training in ronronmx.com
One of the exercises included shock training, anybody know whats that about? How exactly do u shock train?
I know I should know this, but what muscles does a cardio workout train? what would it benifit?

A cardio workout (by definition) trains one muscle, the heart. You will obviously need some of the other ones to get your heart to do some work.

Here's what I think

After looking at the site I would say shock training is something that involves a rapid change in motion and therefore muscle use.

The shock would come from the body and muscles having to react quickly to the changes that are going on. By doing this your body will be more able to react to quick changes.


If you try this just make sure you start slow and work you way up. You don’t want to pull or tear anything.
