Need a Snow report from the North. Are any of the trail systems open yet? I took my first ride around the yard in Brighton, MI and still had ice on the north side of hills! I wouldn’t mind a challenge ride this weekend.

I don't know abt the "north" but here on the west side (Holton Loop) there was still plenty of snow this past weekend - maybe 30% open/dirt riding - I had a couple of characters tell us that they had ridden the whole loop on saturday but funny thing was we were leaving the first track down in the snow for at least half of the loop on sunday. you could see where they had ridden to the first 2 track and bailed out.
BUT since last weekend we've had a pretty good day of rain and warmer than freezing all week - I expect this weekend to be much better - less snow.
I'm heading to Little Manistee this weekend, its been in the upper 40s the past 2 days so should be pretty good, had a heck of a rain storm Mon so that helped with the melt
We rode 4 miles of single line on tin cup today. There were sections where the snow was 12-18 inches deep. We rode east out the parking lot past the power lines. We rode the quad trail back and it still had quite a thick layer of ice. My daughter and I are riding Cedar Creek Saturday. I think someone said it was more dirt than snow. I WANT DIRT.
My son and I were thinking about TinCup or Lincoln Hills this coming Sunday. Hopefully we'll get some promising reports from the northern riders as to the snow conditions, or lack of, I hope.

Up this way (Atlanta) WAY to much to ride - woods basically 100% snow cover - at most a few south facing hill sides are bare. Open areas, with soughtern exposure are getting down to dirt...almost. West of here - 5 times the snow.
I rode at the mounds riding area yesterday. Only the front scramble area was open but it was still riding. I was having so much fun riding for the first time this year that I rode 28 miles in that 8 acre sand pit. The riding wasn't very bad, no snow and not much standing water... but I did manage to wear a pair of rear brake pads out in the sand pit.
Just came back from Gladwin 61 the trails are good 95% clear in the south loop just a little ice in the shaded area but you can navigate around them no problem... Plenty of sand and woops felt good to get out...
