I tried to remove the fly wheel on my kdx 220. I found a steahly fly wheel weight had been installed on my bike. I can't figure out how to get it off. I tried a puller but it wasn't moving it. Should I try harder of am I missing something?

I think these have an allen head locking screw through the added weight that butts into the stock flywheel. Remove this locking screw. Hold stock flywheel and rotate added weight.

If it is like the one on my honda you need to loosen the allen heads that help hold it on, then you need a tool that was supplied with the weight that bolts on to it that lets you turn it off with a socket. You also need to lock up the cylinder, this can be done with rope or parachute cord but is a pain. You can also buy a plastic sparkplug looking tool that lets the cylinder hit up against it and hold it so you can spin it off.

If you have problems, just call them, I only delt with them twice but they were always nice.
