ok....... This post smells like fish poop to me...sorry but it does. Watch out for the " need a donation bike or money" post soon....Jeff.

What is wrong with you? That's so rude... :pissed:
If someone posts about their bike being stolen, there's no need to go bashing on that person. didn't your mother ever tell you if have nothing nice to say then don't say nothing? It is totally unnecessary and rude to bash on someone because YOU think they're post may be fradulent.

Tammy, I don't know what it's like to have my stuff stolen, so I can't say I sympathize. But what I can say is as a female rider it is sometimes tough...whether it be finding gear that fits right to finding someone who wants to ride with you and respects you for who you are. I ended up lucky in that my stepdad and fiance are both riders, and respect my riding and ability greatly. Don't pay any attention to guys that bash you because you ride. It takes a strong woman to get out there and compete with the men. Lets face it, we are the weaker sex, no doubt about it. I feel challenged every time I ride, I'm too short for my bike, my bike's heavy, etc, etc, etc...But I push ahead and I learn. And many women are the same way. Any man that can't respect that has issues and you don't need to pay any attention to what he says.

Good luck getting your stuff back. And you're riding/racing for a great cause, I have TONS of respect for that.

I had em lined up at the door once upon a time too. :) I was passed out drunk in front of the women's restroom. :uh: I still have the heel marks on my backside. :moon:

I don't mean to be an ass but, it looks like you have an open trailer and left the bike loaded in the trailer overnight. Keep doing that and you'll lose a lot more bikes.

That isn't being an ass. The trailer is only partially open on the top, only the front end is uncovered, the rear of the trailer wasn't take apart and it slides over the bike. In the area we live, no one would even think about taking or messing with other peoples stuff, our neighbors leave their go karts out!!! The bike was secured in with what manufacturers guaranteed un-cuttable locks and cables. The police have a suspect, one that has many motives, the main one being revenge. They are waiting for the confirmation of the finger prints, even tho they have the foot prints already. This isn't random, if it was, they would have taken both bikes sitting their, not just the one, and they would have taken the neighbors, which is worth a hell of a lot more. The key thing is they took what would hurt me personally more, they didn't think tho that it also has an effect on 2 little boys, if you get my drift, with out me coming out and saying it. Things were fine until a certain person found out where we live, unfortunately, since then we have had the 2 bike thefts, a tool theft, and an attempt to break in and steal our jeeps radio. This is the first time in over 25 years that there has been any reports or robberies in our area according to the police. It just stinks, in all honesty, i want to move, i really am beginning to hate it here. But you are right, it looks open, until you get up to it, and i will tell you what, with out taking off the locks to open the back to be able to move the bike around, it had to be a ton of work to get it out!! i know it is hard enough to move around if i forget something in the trailer to get it out, let alone trying to slide the bike out in a space just big enough for the seat and bars to show. But like i said, that isn't being an ass that is being truthful, but i like the trailer, looks are deceiving on it. Just wish products live up to their guarantees!!
