I use that for everything! Typically though, out of breath, arm pump (I get arm pump driving to the track), hand cramps, ham cramps, cotton mouth, stained my drawers (looking) at the last triple... you know, after a lap or two. But somehow, I always end-up smiling.they look down at their bike as if something is wrong with it
