Well, the old shop truck finally came due for some new treads, and we decided on BFG-AT KO's.
Went a couple o' sizes bigger though since it is being used more for oilfield use lately.
LT285-75-16. Total bill -w- a new steering stabilizer installed, and a used matching size spare, was just under $800.
So far they have done well.
Good gosh these new generation KO's are quiet on the highway!
They sound like michelin street tires!
Will have to see how they do on NewMexico's oilfield access roads next time it snows. :)
Middle mesa anyone?? :thumb:
Will keep posted on traction and treadwear.
(to be continued.)
