Now that the work on the Jack Pine is complete it is time to start planning our annual Trailfest event. I am sending the permit application to the DNR and requesting October 29th as the date of this event. The riding will start at 10:00 on Saturday.
There have been some discussions about extra events to compliment the trail ride and dinner..mini bike races on a woods course, poker run, etc...
Please share this announcement with your friends!

Mike

P.S. Please put hand guards on your bike. Some of the trail will be tighter than ORV trail.

Location is the LMC clubgrounds. M55W to 7 mile rd, north 10 miles to Johnson Rd and west a few hundred yards to driveway. No tech inspection but you need a apark arrestor and ORV sticker. There will be a small entry fee to cover the permit costs and insurance. For that fee you get to ride some trail that is not availble all year long to the public.

I may have to try and hit this one. My kids mx racing will be long over by then and I should be free and clear to attend.

Godzuki I'll have the Pop-up there if I go. Room or more in there.

I’m currently working on a XR100 to do battle wid ya! Are there any rules as far as set up & motor goes??? LOL…I’m gonna make darn sure to keep up with you and Napper down the straights!! Cody’s polishing up his Big Boar BBR 50….He too could be a threat weighing in at 145 lb. We’ll tie the trailer spare to his swing arm…lol

Oh by the way I’m going to post those pictures of you & Napper from the JP tonight.

Fred's already established the "Unlimited Checkbook" class. And "mini bike" has evolved to mean anything less than full-sized wheels!

C'mon Smitty. I'm riding a roached out 2005 250 this season and next season so I can afford the 'lil mini bike. Mini bike = 12" rear wheel. Anything bigger and it's a breeze to ride.

DW, sounds good-we need to entertain the folks on the side lines.

What'd you do, let Farmer Tom ride it for weekend?!?

I may be crazy at times but I am not stupid. "Tommy Test Pilot" likes to check out the ends of a bike. He will go off the "back end" in a wheelie or the "front end" in a Marquette 2 track. From what I remember at the Arbor Day enduro it's in the bloodlines I guess. :p

With all the minus points Tom gets for riding the bikes of others, I have to give him a plus. Although he only rode mine for a short time, I've done way more damage myself, while he did none. He is also right about MSC being a good school.

F&S - There are sorority houses at Lake Lansing now?
