Is this entity the same guy, or a friend? How do you come off calling Pat, Patty? A little out of line, or related? D bags can go to the quad sites, they can use roaddawgs type of love. Thank you poopie head mods, once again! And, me being a gluten for punishment, would still like to see the list of crap that never makes it to the board, much less the ones that slip through the cracks! If you post something in the Flame Forum, you have to have a good sense of humor because you are most likely to get flamed.
We have had many members get into a pissin' match with the Mod's in the past and throw a hissy-fit. :yell: They get banned and most don't come back. Some of them see the errors of their ways and come back to be productive members of the site. DRN doesn't have as many members as some of the more loosely run sites but the one's we have are quality members. :nod:
It's just a matter of learning the site. DRN is a family site and we don't tolerate bad language. That is the first thing that will get you booted. If your only defense is cursing, you don't belong here.
If he wants to leave because a couple of people don't agree with him, well, it's his loss. He can go to the sites that when you ask a question, you get a bunch of kids arguing and cursing each other over the question and when you leave, you really don't know if your question was answered properly or not. Here, you can ask just about any dirtbike related question and get the correct answer.
I say give him one more chance. If he can't act in a responsible manner, the third time's the charm. :nod:

I should not have used profanity as you are right, this is a family oriented forum and I was out of line.
I guess I was just trying to vent a little at my fustration at the shops never having a part you need.
I enjoy this forum greatly and the information and knowledge I have gained is invaluable.
I guess if I ever post on the Flame Board again, I'll not take the posts personally. Or better yet I'll think out my post more before I hit submit.
Again, I am truly sorry for my remarks and comments about Patman and 89r... You guys have been racing and riding for a long time and I am new at the riding part.

One of my best friends I met online here at DRN and we argued a good bit online back and forth. It was hilarious looking back in retrospect.
Now we just argue more face to face or on the phone.

Bob, it's ok. I rode a 2 stroke back in the day. It's pretty common for a middle aged guy to have a vintage 2 stroke or two laying around. Must be how you old guys try to cling to your youth. :nener: :moon: At least my thumper handles good. :)

OLD GUYS? I vaguely resemble that remark. Lost youth, no, never get that back, and I know exactly where it went. BUT, my bike is faster than yours, perfect. And it does not take being dropped from a helicopter! Till the little kid on the 85 passes me on the track? 2 top ends Joe, I would not go betting the bank your newer bike handles better than my old dogs. Maintenance of suspension is a lot worse than engines and carbs. You should see the pile of crap that did not cut the grade on my 97 CR250 project. I just ordered the sub-tanks for the front end of the 480, the Ohlins rear shock is on the horizon. What is worse than getting pelted by 450f roost, eat 480 roost! How about car talk, its like a vintage muscle car against the newer v6 fast cars with muffler tips? In theory, better? Vintage Bob
