I can't see the info page, says I'm not allowed to see it. Anyways, I'm not sure if I'll be able to make it then, but I'll probably be at the Ogopogo Crosscountry, the Squealin Pig Harescrambles and some of the OK Dirtrider's event (www.okdirtriders.com). Could you post the info so we can all see it, or possibly email me ([email protected]). Right now I'm away at school in Edmonton, but I'm looking forward to doing lots of riding when I come home at the end of april, depending on work.

I am working on a couple of the local dealers for discounts for people attending this ride. Also working on getting some draw prizes. :)

And your not coming .....why?

We drove 3000 kms. to go to Reno two years in a row , so I need to hear good reasons for not coming!!

I have no way to get there. I have no vehicle and my parents are to busy to drive me down, as its quite a ways away...Maybe it'll turn into a yearly thing and I can come someday when I'm out of school and have some money..lol. Once i'm out of high school and university I defanitely plan on heading down to Dirtweek, and the Canada Ride!!!!!!!!!!

Any places to rent a bike in the area? I missed my ski trip to BC this year. Making up for it by gonig riding there would be sweet!

Maybe somebody can pick you up. Hell, I might drive 12,000 kilometres to get a riding lesson from pinball, what's another 2 or 3 thousand? Where in the Great White North might you be situated?
I think you`ve got your conversions wrong for the milage ,It`s not quite that far. As for your riding lesson`s it`s only 20$ american per hour ,but I`ll accept Canadian funds as well. That would be about $ 1 000 000. can. (and you need a lot of lessons ,so bring lot`s of money!!) :moon:

So exactly how punishing will the terrain be? I'm fairly sure Keith will still be on the DT in June, since he isn't motivated YET to buy anything better.

Oh trust me I"m trying! But he is way more practical than I am. Less willing to give in to an impulse.

Well then, let`s see how motivated he`ll be after(if) he`s done the Stupid trail!!!But don`t tell him about it ,we`ll just say it`s a "nice" trail. :debil: :debil:

I don`t want to say you couldn`t do it,being a girl and all, :p but it is pretty tough, long, and technical!

If anyone is having trouble opening the word document on the first post of this thread please e-mail me at [email protected] and I will send it to you. It seems some people can't open it for some reason. It has all the information regarding this ride on it.
