Clutch Not Disengaging while in gear and lever pulled in

hello, I have a 1994 KDX200 and when I'm in any gear and pull the clutch lever in while riding the clutch doesn't stop completely, the bike will move from a stand still with the lever pulled in and in first gear. what is the problem? The basket doesn't have any groves or notches in it and the oil is what my dealership recommends is kawasaki 10w30.

Your basket will have grooves in it I'm sorry to say. It's 20 years old and those baskets don't exist without grooves any more, unless you've been lucky enough to find a nos item.
