That house has someone in it full time now.. sorry..
Dave and Kent will have the "shop suits" over here. We could fix you real cozy in the Bat Trailer..( 20' Roadhouse ).. The little motel in Kerby is nice too- Holiday Motel..just 6 mi from the Ranch.You're welcome to put mats on the liv floor here too.. lots of room !

Sorry about my late response.
I can't attend the ride school in June.
I know the ride school is on June 14 and 15. Buddy and I are planning a trip to Cozumel with the kids around that time (so that we can avoid going in hurricane season), so I don't think I can make the trip to Oregon.
If our plan changes and if you still have a spot for me in the school (I know many ladies signed up already), I would love to come.
Well, I hope everyone will have a good time at the school.

Will the topics covered be the same as last year? One thing I'd love instruction on is ruts - not necessarily just bike ruts, but also 4wd ruts. I know to stand, but can't help planting my butt on the seat with my feet usually off the pegs (well one usually) and my brain telling me to stand up but me ignoring my brain.

Oh, I do that riding over clearfell too - basically as soon as I'm uncomfortable with some terrain, I plant myself even though I know some/most of it I should be standing.

I'm really hoping everything works out, but if it doesn't, GSR, a huge thank you for the offer, I was honestly blown away by it. It was the last thing I expected. I really enjoy reading you girls' threads planning these events & the after reports. I'm a bit of a loner, but also love meeting people - when I was young I was shy & never quite got over that.

Bbbom, it really looks like I'm coming over. I'm in disbelief and can't think straight (okay, that's nothing new), I'm sooooooooo excited.
I'm going to take the opportunity to meet a fellow sister in Sydney, but that's all I've figured out so far (except where my expired passport is, along with birth & marriage certificates - also thought today this is a good opportunity to change my bank accounts into my married name - it's only been 7 years, but thought travelling with a mastercard in one name & passport in another might be stoopid).
I totally understand if you'd prefer to go to your race with the family, and I don't want to be a bother or disrupt anyone's life.

I can just see the caravan of dirt chicks driving up I-5 starting in the Valley, picking up a few from the Bay Area, then another in Sacramento...and then Phirechick takes the lead from where ever she pops out on I-5 from.  Maybe we can pit stop and take a little ride somewhere near Shasta Lake?
