Trigger sold his dirt and road bike to buy his house. He's been busy with work too.

Funny, you never see adds for shoe or jewlery collections that say, buying house must sell!!! :)
What kinda money do you get for a whooped ole XT 600 anyway???
Yeah, I live in an appartment, but I have my bike and I can ride it too!
Sell the house Trigger man! buy a van and a bike and live down by the river!!!

As it looks now, I may not be able to make it. I spoke with the Boss last night and we have plans for Sunday, but Saturday I'm sfree, so I will most likely ride then instead... I'll definately be down for the October run though. The toenail finally came off, so I can comfrtably get boots on again! Woo hoo!

Toe still broke, but the pain of the nail was worse by far. Big relief!

Chief,

I guess it has been a while since you have been to Paragon, they don't use the entrance by the water tower any more. They have a new road into the park about 1/4 mile from the water tower and we usually meet in the parking lot or by the sign in trailer. We usually plan on getting there a little before 10 so we can hit the trails at 10:00. See you there.

I will be there in spirit! Work has been a little overbearing to say the least and renovating my new house aint no charm either. I do have a request though. If you come upon a water crossing worthy of my stupidity, someone PLEASE attempt it in my name!

Keep safe and ride for the love of it. I am there with you.

Just got power back again to the house so now I can check out your Vid when you post it. Thanks to everybody today especially Tree Jumper and Scooter 1130 and I think his name was Nathanial for his help. Got to get online tomorrow for a new clutch lever.

Tree Jumper if you get a chance have a look at my bars and tell me what size Bark busters I need.

DRN people at Paragon are the best. :thumb:

If not let me know what I can do to help !

Bark Busters are standard size. They just have differnent end pieces that fit inside either aluminum or steel bars (they usually come with both ends for both types). Only other exception would be if you have Fatty bars.

As for the bars on Squeaky's bike. I'm just going to put my slightly less bend bars on them. You know the ones i bent at DW last year. I emailed her and told her to be more worried about the hunk of metal Scooter broke off of the case! You cant ride around with the motor rattling and metal hanging off. That would be a safety hazard.

Squeaky,

Don't worry about the hunk of metal hanging off the side of the bike, after RMguy got done ghost riding it down the hillclimbs, you couldn't even notice any of the other damage any more. And besides, Treejumper said he will have the back back in 1 piece before he takes it to DW.
