I know that trigger posted some simple rules for paragon, but thought I would post the park rules for those who have never been there before, and some who didn't read them last time :laugh: .......pay close attention to rules 10, 11 & 16
And for the nancy's out there who are affraid of a little adventure, if you want a trail map, I suggest printing it from here

Also Turtle Trail (#7) has changed since last year. It is now one way, it is downhill only before 12:00 and uphill only after 12:00
1. All participants to the park must check in and check out. A driver’s license or credit card may be held to ensure proper check out procedures.
2. (SUVs and ATVs) All participants must display an orange safety flag. SUV’s must have the flag at least one foot above the highest point of the vehicle. ATV’s must have the flag at least one foot above the helmet while standing on the foot-pegs.
3. All SUV participants must wear the provided PAP wristband on their left wrist. All ATV’s and Motorbikes must have the provided PAP wristband displayed loosely around the handlebars.
4. (SUVs) Seatbelts must be worn at all times while driving on PAP grounds. Infants through children age three, must be properly restrained in an appropriate child safety seat.
5. No alcohol, illegal drugs, firearms, or weapons are allowed on PAP property. No person may be under the influence of alcohol, drugs or any substances that may hinder thinking ability or reaction time. Coolers will be checked prior to entering the park.
6.(SUVs) All vehicles must be insured.
7. All SUV drivers must hold a valid drivers license.
8. All SUV’s must have at least one tow point (example: tow hook or receiver hitch). Front and rear tow points are mandatory for higher rated trails.
9. All SUV’s must have the following: proper roll-over protection, full size spare tire (or tire large enough to get you out of the park), battery tie down (no bungee cords), seatbelts, tow point(s), trash bag for liquid spills, tow strap (within their group), flag, wristband.
10. Speed limit for everyone is 15 mph in the parking areas and on all main and two-way roads. This is strictly enforced. All vehicles/machines must be in control at all times.
11. Parking lot is for parking. No tricks or horseplay. Please do not cause commotion or damage to other vehicles.
12. Please be courteous to oncoming traffic. Practicality dictates that the vehicle(s) that can pull over with the least amount of difficulty should do so.
13. Please respect proper trail etiquette.
14. Do not block a trail.
15. All participants must stay on designated trails and follow directional signs. All participants must remain with their designated group. Anyone found by alone will be in violation of this rule.
16. Travel only where motorized vehicles are permitted. Trailhead signs show the appropriate vehicle allowed on a trail. Do not blaze a trail.
17. Cross streams only at designated crossings. Avoid lake and swamp areas.
18. No disorderly conduct; No littering; No tobacco products may be deposited on PAP Property (Cigarette Butts, Cigars, Chewing Tobacco, etc…).
19. ATV/Motorbikes must follow all OEM recommendations (helmet, single rider, age, etc.). Helmets must be worn AT ALL TIMES when machine is in motion. No tear-off goggles permitted.
20. Age of a rider is determined by the manufacturers suggested age limit. Only exceptions are DCNR certificate holders.
21. Everyone must stay in Paragon Adventure ParkSM Property.
22. Everyone must stay on the appropriate level trails suited for your vehicle/machine requirements and driver ability.
Paragon Adventure ParkSM is not required nor should be expected to recover, repair or escort non-emergencies out of the park. Please have a way to get yourself out of the park if you are broken. Paragon staff, if able to do so, will do their best to offer assistance.
EVERYONE MUST RESPECT THE RIGHTS OF OTHER USERS SO THEY MIGHT ENJOY ACTIVITIES UNDISTURBED. DRIVE RESPONSIBLY TO PROTECT THE ENVIRONMENT AND PRESERVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO ENJOY YOUR VEHICLE/MACHINE ON THE LAND.
THESE RULES ARE TAKEN VERY SERIOUSLY. Participants that disregard the rules of PAP, or pose a safety threat to themselves or others will, at a minimum, be ejected from the park without a refund and may be suspended from future visits to PAP.
