I'm wanting to wake up my KTM 200 MXC and was told an FMF Powercore II silencer would do the trick (plus a little re-jetting once the things installed).
I'm planning on sticking with the factory pipe...isn't it made by FMF anyway???
Any suggestions...
What about the Turbinecore II...or should I get rid of the spark arrester idea all together.

Try internally shortening the silencer section(2" to 3"). The answer is really in the jetting though. For best torque and overall power I run with...42P/175-180M/DDK Sudco needle #3. The needle is critical.
If you can, use the money for the FMF AOF ignition($99). They may still have them on clearance. Call to find out. Totally fire breathing performance, you won't believe it's the same bike!
