The last I checked, it was not going any farther north than Kentucky. That is a lot of area with out plows and such. Good luck and stay home, again. Melting and sunny here, a balmy 10 degrees or so.
We have a steep driveway that's ice covered, but my wife and I both have 4WD's. The UPS guy got stuck yesterday... just enough sun during the day here to put a nice smooth glaze on top... ice rink. Had the same situation a few years ago, took a MONTH to completely melt. Yee haw.
-5F at my house this morning. DWreck's temp.....-25F in Bartlesville, OK! There forecasting temps in the upper 50's next week but I think we could actually have snow on the ground for the entire month. Never seen that in my life time.
BTW, one OK town NE of Tulsa got 25" yesterday! All time state record since 1905 when records were first kept. We usually get the icy stuff that DFW is getting and for once during this winter blast, I'd rather have the snow than the ICE.
