Just kidding. I've been better lately, but had written off the gym (worked too much) for the past 2 years. I'm excited to be back in (since November) after resigning from my job! Nothing is worth your health. I've learned that now! Here are my numbers according to that little device you hold with both hands!
33 yrs, 5'10", 200lbs., 25% Body Fat
I'm looking to become more fit, lower my resting heart rate (RHR), improve muscle mass, increase my flexibility, and lower my Body Fat percentage. Looking forward to it! See ya next month!
