this is a realy good idea I was thinking about loosing weight but I can never stay with it
I am almost 15 5'7 and 160
I don't know my body fat but I think I will get a bodyfat scale how much are they?
I just weighted my self on boxing day and was suprised I weighed so much

33 , 6-2 at 237lbs, and I have to be at 190lbs by DW (September) or Thump wins our little bet we just made today, so we all have to stick together and reach our goals .
I'm in. I just started back on my strick low carb diet (Atkin's). I was on it in October and lost 18lbs. I went from 253 to 235 but I gained 3 pounds over the hollidays. I am now at 238 and want to get down to 225. My hieght is 6'5.
Anyone else that wants to join in, please do so. Everybody post back in a few weeks with your new weight (hopefully a smaller number). Good luck everyone and stick to those diets this time! :) :) :)
Okay, after weighing in at the doc yesterday (wearing shoes, street clothes, and keys in pocket ;) ) I tipped 'er at 300!!! :scream: :scream: :scream: I'm somewhere around 6'8", age 33, don't even want to know my bf%!
Told the little woman it was time to do something about it before I was forced to. I'll bite. I'd like to get down to where some of you guys are starting! 250 would be great, 220 even better.
That 215 was with a VERY heavy shirt on;) .
Forget about reaching for a "sixer" your gonna be reaching for a

Before April I'd like to get down to 140.
I know it's possible. At this time last year I weighed about 138 and had a 4 pack. And I've grown 2 inches at most. Gained weight since I do not do winter sports anymore. I've gone from being able to see my abs to worrying about man boobs:(
Just kidding. I've been better lately, but had written off the gym (worked too much) for the past 2 years. I'm excited to be back in (since November) after resigning from my job! Nothing is worth your health. I've learned that now! Here are my numbers according to that little device you hold with both hands!

I'm looking to become more fit, lower my resting heart rate (RHR), improve muscle mass, increase my flexibility, and lower my Body Fat percentage. Looking forward to it! See ya next month!
Has no-one any results to post? I know I don't. Eating birdseed for 11 days and havn't seen any results. Dark when I go to work, dark when I get home, no time to work out.
I am considering working out during my lunch break, I don't eat anything anyway, but how inconvienient! I would have to bring extra clothes to work and change at dinner and change again to get back to work and then smell bad the rest of the day.
When I get home from work I am whipped, this whole thing is gonna be tough!!
What are the rest of you guys doing?? This thread is supposed to be inspirational. Come on guys; Inspire me!!
