Probably Brian

I think I can fit you in somewhere. If Jeff Allen uses a bunk you guys might have to go buddy class on the top bunk, but it's pretty big. We'll work out something.

Trash talk'n

Hmmmm......pumpkin roast eeerrr roost, lets see F&S is fast to get roosted by all but Badgerman and too fast to roost us meer mortals. The DRZ's will roost the 4-smoke eeerrr stroke pumpkins. Now the kaw's will get roosted by everybody. I guess only the blue buzzbombs will be clean after the roostfest.

Unless Brian and fred take the shortcuts (which I know them all) Right F&S sr.;)

Brian

PS every one better bring their hip boots its about to get deep here and around the campfire:p

Not to worry. I am planning to take it easy due to the fact that I am now…………..well…………….old. I have also been having trouble with my neck and right shoulder (a short story that does not involve dirt bikes). I spent last weekend stoned silly on Flexerils the doctor gave me. I have a few left if anyone is interested after the ride (Mark)! Besides, my little blue bike doesn’t roost much anyway.

Must be the PUMPKIN talk is going to get "Really Deep", I hope that I don't forget the glass slippers. I hear them DRZ's can turn in to Pumpkins if they stay out to late.

Go ahead and roost....

all that trail crap that the winds of October have blown over them away and get it out of my way so I don't hit anything and bruise my Super Senior Class Body! :)

Once again I think I will qualify for the Super Senoir Class unless the "Old Man Maurer" rides too. Hey you young whips talk about roostin' and I'm just happy to make it to the end of the trail at days end....he he he! Don't Roost the cook or you'll find yourself with "roost" seasoning on your burger. :p

Oh, BTW I do have a almost new S-12 that "officially" throws roost if anyone happens to be slow enough to be behind me.

See ya all Fri nite or Sat AM, I'm rrrrrready!

So just sit back on that banana of yours and follow the leaders!!

OOOOHHHH Yeah!! Ima hear it now!! You got my back Rick?!?!:p

And since I have not met anyone (Fly'n Brian included) I am of course partaking in the friendly banter with the utmost sarcasm......except the part about the....Ahhh, nevermind I meant every smack talkin' word - LOL!!!!!:silly:

3, maybe 4 more

Got confirmation last night that myself and 2 friends will be joining the ride for sure. My wife may ride also, if there are some slower riders for her to ride with. (TTR 125L)

I will be contributing to the pumpkin patch (forcasting a pumpkin sweep) and my friends will be kicking....errrr....riding for team blueberry! ! ! !

We'll be arriving ~9:00AM Sat, for a Sat only ride.

WEAR YOUR COLORS PROUDLY!!!!

I am looking forward to seeing old friends and meeting the new guys. We will have fun rain or shine. The Saturday only riders should definitely plan to stick around for Dinner by Fred. It will allow us all time to tell stories and feed our faces.

Time to back the truck and head north.

MTM (Moto ‘Til Monday) beats KTM (Kick ‘Til Monday)! Actually, I used to ride a pink and purple KTM 250EXC just like your 300. I only had to “kick ‘til Monday” once, when the ignition went bad. I had it replaced with a new lower ignition unit. The cost……………..$125.00! And everybody thinks KTM parts are expensive. Seeya tomorrow morning.

I am back and ready!!!

I hear tell that the reason that the pumpkins roost so much and go so fast is cause there is a yellow bike waiting to pass. hehehehe!!

I should be there 8:30ish

I just want everyone know that I sure missed the ride (again). I was on my way up Late Friday night and the Bronco died. I tried everything but ended up getting a tow back home. I hope to see some of you at Rose City.Maybe even a one day trip some where. I sure wish that I was sitting around the camp fire instead of this computer. Wish all well. Big Jim

Awards and other stuff!

Hey we have returned! First of thanks to all that showed up for the fall spodefest. Five of us stayed an rode on sunday, FredT Father&Son,70marlin and his boy and myself.

Ok for some Awards. As self appointed award giver,(feel free to add to the award list) I hereby issue the following awards.

The cook award.... FredT
Most improved rider award.....Rickshaw
Fastest pumpkin rider.... Father&Son (2nd award)
Fastest blueberryrider....Badgerman (2nd award)
Fastest banana....Loctite (2nd award)
Fastest Cabbagepatch rider...FredT
Loudest thumper....Mwiessen
Best Stoppie....Iceman
Most in need of the "button"....Fly'nBrian
Biggest smile....Hiller (ear to ear grin all the time)
Most roost eaten...Fly'nBrian ( from having to pass all the Green Machines, twice)
Oldest rider...Larry
Lost rider award...70 Marlin and spuderick

Other important stuff learned this weekend.

Don't grab burgers off of FredT serving plate.
The only way a Pumpkin can roost a DRZ is when the DRZ is passing or stalled in a corner. Heavy rain at 80mph HURTS, Badgerman is insanly fast.

Now feel free to add any and all awards plus important stuff to the post.

Thanks to all who attended. Special thanks to the Lansing Motorcycle club for the use of the club grounds for our event.

Brian.
